"The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are"

Hi, I’m Leah

A Wellness philosopher and lifelong student.

It took me a long time to get to this point but, I think I'm finally ready to become the person I am meant to be, and I hope you are too.

I've been entangled in health & wellness since grade school, though there was a time when I went completely against my intuition and found myself in a dark place. I woke up and no longer liked who I saw in the mirror. I had turned into a version of what someone else wanted me to be and I did not like that truth. I remembered when I was proud of who I was and happy with where I was going. Yet, somehow, I didn't know how to get back to the person I once was. Out of nowhere, I woke up one day and remembered something that I’d known all along. It’s cheeky asf but let conscience be your guide. No one else can tell you what you’re feeling inside.

**Just because it's a Disney quote doesn't mean it's not true.**

Carl Jung describes what I went through as the "Dark Night of the Soul" in that my experience was not unique. Many people around the world find themselves in similar situations. Facing the not so “pretty” components of our lives, helps us to understand ourselves fully. Ignoring the “shadow” is like ignoring a pain in your body in that most likely it’s only going to get worse. Not knowing who you are, where you want to go, or how to get there is hard to figure out. I apply my educational background in Human Development and Philosophy to my lived experiences to develop a holistic approach to wellness. My hope is that my “tested” wellness philosophy can help someone relieve themself of the stress that comes with addressing those not so pretty spaces. My philosophy is that the more we understand ourselves, the easier it will be to identify what wellness looks like for us as individuals. No two people are the same. It's time to blaze a wellness trail that's authentically you. I’m on the path to becoming who I am. If that’s what you’re into, I think we should do it together.

Quite the journey, if you're in.

Think of something that makes you smile
